“I grew an inch, which was pretty cool. After just two weeks of care, I was able to get full range of motion back in my right shoulder - it had been 10 years.”
erica’s journey in her own words:
“I had actually done chiropractic care on and off pretty much my entire life, but it had always been as like "I got hurt, so let's go get fixed." I never did it necessarily as a preventative measure. I thought it was important to do so that I would stop getting hurt.
One thing that really stood out to me about Homestead in particular is their techniques that they use because it is so different than anything I had experienced before.
The unexpected changes - one thing that was making me laugh is I grew an inch, which was pretty cool. Another thing I've kind of struggled with my entire life is eczema. After, I think it was only a month of care, I stopped having any flare-ups and I haven't had any issues with eczema since. I've been coming here for a little over a year now.
Another really cool thing - after just two weeks of care, I was able to get full range of motion back in my right shoulder for volleyball. It had been 10 years since I was able to do that, and now I'm spiking like crazy and playing much more competitively!
If you're thinking about starting neurologically-focused chiropractic care, do it, first and foremost. Also, consistency is key! I really do love the way that Homestead holds you accountable to make sure you're coming to your appointments so that you're getting the progress that you're looking for.”
