Ann’s Journey in Her own words:

I was feeling some pains that I felt were probably not appropriate for a 30-something year old to be feeling. Knowing my past physical athletic ability, I felt like I needed to do something about it.

The unexpected change was how quickly I rebounded to some of the athletic levels that I was performing at before. I saw the improvement so fast from when I started to where I'm at - I don't know, like 10 weeks later. It just feels so much better.

It's worth it because it gets to the root of the issues, like to the core of whatever is going on in your body to really bring out a full capacity that you're capable of. It just feels so good.
